Understanding the Challenge
Zimmerei Holz:Raum had no existing website and therefore almost no digital presence. Customer acquisition relied primarily on personal recommendations, limiting reach and growth potential. At the same time, there was no central platform to present services, showcase projects, or build trust with potential clients.
The challenge was to create a first digital touchpoint that increases visibility, clearly communicates the company’s services, and generates new inquiries.

The focus was on building a clear and intuitive structure from scratch, allowing users to quickly understand the services and values of the company. Special attention was given to presenting craftsmanship in an authentic and visually strong way.
A clean layout, combined with high-quality imagery and concise text, helps communicate reliability and professionalism. Clear call-to-actions guide users towards contacting the business, while a simple and responsive design ensures accessibility across all devices.
In addition, analytics tools were integrated to track user behavior and continuously improve the website based on real data.
